Each graduate of the DIS Doctoral Study Program is a doctor who possesses various competencies, namely:

  1. Able to develop new knowledge, technology, and arts in the field of social sciences, with a specialization concentration in Political Science.
  2. Able to develop new knowledge, technology, and arts in the field of social sciences, with a specialization concentration in Business Administration.
  3. Able to produce new research in the social sciences, particularly in Political Science, that is creative, original, and tested.
  4. Able to produce new research in the social sciences, particularly in Business Administration, that is creative, original, and tested.
  5. Able to solve social problems in the field of Political Science through interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, or transdisciplinary approaches.
  6. Able to solve social problems in the field of Business Administration through interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, or transdisciplinary approaches.
  7. Able to manage, lead, and develop social research, particularly political research, that benefits humanity.
  8. Able to manage, lead, and develop social research, particularly business administration research, that benefits humanity.
  9. Able to produce new works in the social sciences, particularly in Political Science, that are recognized both nationally and internationally.
  10. Able to produce new works in the social sciences, particularly in Business Administration, that are recognized both nationally and internationally.

Graduate Outcomes

From the graduate profile, each doctoral graduate is expected to possess various competencies as manifestations of the DIS Study Program's learning outcomes, including competencies as a researcher, innovator, leader, and educator, namely:

  1. Able to deepen or expand scientific knowledge in the social sciences, particularly in Political Science and Business Administration, through research using interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, or transdisciplinary approaches, producing innovative, original, and tested scholarly works in the form of publications in nationally and internationally accredited scientific journals (Researcher Competency).
  2. Able to solve complex social issues through comprehensive research by utilizing social science theories, especially those in Political Science and Business Administration, using interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, or transdisciplinary approaches that benefit society (Innovator Competency).
  3. Able to lead government institutions or companies tasked with solving complex problems in the social sciences (Leadership Competency).
  4. Able to disseminate the benefits of research for the development of science and the improvement of human well-being (Educator Competency).
